Along with our sister salon, Hot Heads, Alesandra Salon is proud
to have the most on-staff American Board Certified Haircolorists of
any salon in the United States! This is one the requirements for our
stylist to reach the master level.
Our Level System
Our staff works on a 3 level system: Junior Stylists, & Senior Stylists. This measures experience, and years of dedication. Those at master levels are educators and have established a high client demand. A promotion to a new level is an opportunity for advancement. This encourages stability and allows our employees to grow and prosper based on years of loyalty and dedication to their profession and clients.
Junior Stylists - Our talented freshmen have completed our
in-house training program and are mentored by our Senior stylists.
Senior Stylists - Our core team of stylists. All have extensive
advanced training in color, cutting, and styling.
